Brooke was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1999. Brooke has managed in house legal services in a health complaints and health practitioner disciplinary environment for several years both with the former Health Quality and Complaints Commission and the Medical Board of Queensland. Brooke has worked in house for State Government developing extensive experience in litigation, administrative law, public administrative and governance.
